An administrative role where I ensure that people on site know what they need to know about site safety standards.

I work on construction sites. Most of the time I clean the site, and move equipment and tools around. I've helped with demolition, basic carpentry, taking measurements, and concrete mixing and pouring.

I've covered first aid for factories and construction sites across the Lower Mainland. I have dealt with simple injuries such as with cuts and abrasions, and more complex like head injuries, hypothermia and chemicals in the eye.

In this role I served as the first point of contact for a 400+ unit strata. I handled complaints, move-ins and move-outs, strata violations, and security incidents.

About 25% of this job was talking with families and students. The remaining 75% was spent on the backend updating accounts in PeopleSoft. I processed student loan applications, ran credit checks, awarded aid packages, and reviewed tax and wage documents.
